SHERRY’S SCENTSATIONAL STUDIO SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We ship premium scented wax cubes in standard shipping containers:

  • All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Most orders ship same day when placed before 1:00 pm CST.

  • USPS orders are shipped First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight.

  • Orders will be shipped to address provided during the checkout process.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days; however, some custom orders may take up to 7-10 business days.

  • We only ship to the United States of America.

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically through UPS and the USPS.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you when product ships.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns. We take great pride in producing the highest quality product available. Slight variations from our premium scented wax cubes are considered a part of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve.

Damages from shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please forward a photograph of damaged goods with a full description to sherry@sherrysscentsationalstudio.com. Keep all packaging materials. Do not use the product. Document the shipping concern with the carrier. Shipping damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Sherry’s Scentsational Studio will file a carrier claim on your behalf.

No refunds will be given. We will replace the damaged goods or issue a credit on a future order only.

By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase.

You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and that you will not hold Sherry’s Scentsational Studio responsible for any problems that may arise from your improper storage or use of our products.
